Job Summary A sales supervisor leads and supports a sales team to achieve business growth by building client relationships, enforcing company policies, and identifying market opportunities through data analysis and market research. Responsibilities • Provide employees with necessary tools and deliver targeted training to enhance job performance and success • Build and maintain long-term business partnerships with key clients to drive sales growth • Analyze managerial reports to identify improvement areas and new opportunities to increase market share • Establish and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethical standards • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and staff promotions to ensure skill readiness • Monitor employee performance against goals and compliance with company policies to maintain high standards • Manage and coach a sales team to perform their roles effectively and meet business objectives • Review customer orders and inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities within the industry
