Our client, a global digital payments and financial technology leader, is looking for a Sales Analytics & Reporting Assistant to support its enterprise sales team in driving data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and performance insights across merchant operations. This is a contract role, with the contract ending on 31 Dec 2026. Responsibilities • Support sales teams in building, validating, and maintaining management information (MI) reports for business, sales, finance, and operational reviews • Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of sales and customer data • Maintain data integrity across reporting systems and CRM platforms • Manage Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and updates • Support data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and process efficiencies • Assist with sales operations tasks including documentation, presentations, and proposal support • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales processes Requirements • Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis • 2–3 years’ experience in sales operations, analytics, or reporting support. • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools • Experience with BI/CRM tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Salesforce is a plus.
