About this role
We are currently partnering with a global travel retailer on a search for a detail-oriented and highly organised Sales Support Specialist to provide end-to-end commercial and operational support on a 1-year contract. This is a broad and fast-paced role spanning six functional areas: customer service, commercial administration, supply chain coordination, marketing activation, beauty advisor management, and finance compliance. You will be the operational backbone of the commercial team, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end order processing and customer queries via SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment • Prepare price offers, maintain master assortment files, and manage pricing data in SAP • Consolidate demand forecasts, track vendor order confirmations, and monitor buffer stock levels • Coordinate marketing activations, GWP, and POSM deployment across counters • Support Beauty Advisor recruitment, training coordination, and monthly payroll and incentive administration • Liaise with brand contractors on visual merchandising updates and coordinate brand partner visits • Process claims, submit month-end accruals, and prepare Legacy commission reports Key Requirements • Experience in sales support, commercial administration, or operations in a FMCG or retail environment • Proficiency in SAP SD and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination There is also the possibility for conversion to a permanent role after the 1-year contract, offering long-term career potential within a well-established global retailer.
