Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer• Location: Singapore (Hybrid Work Model) • Salary Budget: Up to 11K SGD • Job Type: 1-year Renewable Contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation program for a leading enterprise client. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that drive personalized customer engagement, marketing automation, and data-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. • Build, test, and deploy responsive email templates using Content Builder, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript. • Develop dynamic and personalized email communications leveraging subscriber and behavioral data. • Configure and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, and related platform capabilities. • Create reusable content and template frameworks to improve campaign efficiency and consistency. • Collaborate with CRM and Marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions. • Support end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, personalization, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring. • Implement complex customer journeys and automated marketing workflows. • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines. • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external platforms using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and custom activities. • Support data synchronization and integration across Salesforce products and enterprise systems. • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flows to ensure data accuracy and platform reliability. • Contribute to solution architecture discussions and recommend best-practice approaches for SFMC implementations. • Develop and execute testing strategies for email campaigns, automations, journeys, and integrations. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, platform best practices, and deployment processes. • Implement and maintain compliance, security, and data governance requirements in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and platform optimization. Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience. • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SFMC solutions and campaigns. • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation concepts. Preferred Qualifications: • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification. • Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud. • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel marketing. • Experience working within regulated industries or large enterprise environments.
