SAP BASIS/Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant

Job Description ·      We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS / Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant to manage and support SAP landscapes with a focus on SAP Convergent Charging.  ·      The role involves ensuring system stability, high performance, and seamless integration across complex enterprise environments, particularly in high-volume, real-time charging scenarios.  Key Responsibilities ·       1. SAP Convergent Charging (CC) Administration Administer SAP CC environments including installation, configuration, and maintenance Perform system migrations, refreshes, and landscape transformations Manage pricing catalogs, charging plans, and configuration transports Ensure high availability and optimal performance for real-time transaction processing Troubleshoot issues related to charging, rating, and system integrations Execute upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of SAP CC components  ·      2. SAP BASIS Administration Perform end-to-end SAP BASIS administration across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRD environments Manage transports, client administration, and background job scheduling Support SAP system migrations (on-premise to cloud / RISE) Monitor system performance and conduct tuning and optimization Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with infrastructure and SAP support teams  ·      3. Cross-functional & Operational Support Collaborate with functional, billing, and integration teams for end-to-end solution stability Support project implementations, system releases, and production deployments Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KT materials Provide on-call or standby support for critical production incidents  Required Skills & Qualifications ·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field  ·      Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration (ECC and/or S/4HANA)  ·      Hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) administration  ·      Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM landscape and integration points (e.g., CI, SOM)  ·      Experience in SAP migration projects (cloud / RISE) ·       Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and database administration (SAP HANA preferred)  ·      Good to Have Experience in telecom or subscription-based billing environments  ·      Exposure to high-volume, real-time transaction systems ·       Knowledge of SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) and SOM (Subscription Order Management) ·       Automation or scripting experience for system monitoring/administration
