Scaffolding, Insulation & Painting Supervisor (SIP)

We are seeking an experienced SIP Supervisor to support a major Plant Turnaround / Shutdown project. The successful candidate will supervise scaffolding, insulation, and painting activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules. Key Responsibilities • Supervise scaffolding, insulation, and painting crews during turnaround activities. • Coordinate daily work activities and manpower allocation. • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, permit-to-work systems, and project procedures. • Monitor scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities. • Oversee insulation removal, installation, reinstatement, and painting/coating works. • Ensure work quality, productivity, and schedule requirements are achieved. • Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety inspections. • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of work. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in SIP-related works within refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, or industrial plants. • Must have completed at least 2–3 Plant Turnaround / Shutdown projects in a supervisory capacity. • Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety requirements, insulation systems, and industrial coating/painting practices. • Experience managing subcontractors and site work crews. • Good understanding of PTW systems, risk assessments, and industrial safety requirements. • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
