Contract Period: From 1 July 2026 to 30 November 2027. Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break Scope of Services: The Service Provider shall deliver the following services: 1. First Response Supporta. Respond promptly to requests from teachers to assist in the removal of students from classrooms and escort them to designated pull-out locations. b. Provide initial assessment, de-escalation, and basic counselling support for students experiencing emotional or behavioural dysregulation. c. Contact parents/guardians to provide initial updates regarding incidents involving their child. d. Provide relevant observations and recommendations to the School Counsellor (SC), Special Educational Needs Officer (SENO), Discipline Master/Mistress (DM), and Student Development Team (SDT) to support follow-up interventions. 2. Befriending and Mentoringa. Establish supportive relationships with identified students and provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to students assessed to be at risk of re-offending or recurring behavioural issues. 3. Additional Dutiesa. Manage and oversee the Student Engagement Activity Hub, including planning and facilitating engagement activities. b. Support the implementation of after-school programmes, enrichment activities, and learning journeys for high-needs students. c. Attend Case Management Team (CMT) meetings to remain informed of identified Students with Additional Needs (SwANs) and contribute to discussions where appropriate.
