Science Lab Assistant (School)

Job Description: Working Hours: • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2:00pm (Inclusive of 30-min lunch break) • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays Primary Responsibilities: • Science Laboratory: Assist in preparation of apparatus/chemicals for lessons, conduct experiments with teachers, and maintain lab cleanliness and inventory records. • Environmental Care: Water plants and monitor landscaping/pond maintenance in the Eco and Racial Harmony Gardens; feed and clean tortoise enclosures. • Operational & Admin Support: Support student entry/exit safety, assist in teaching resource preparation for various departments, and provide OSO/housekeeping support during school holidays. Qualifications: • Education: Minimally ITE or GCE "N" Level certificate. • Soft Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a dedicated, positive attitude. • Preferred: Prior experience in a school environment.
