The organization prides itself on a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages professional growth and innovation. about the job: We are seeking a versatile and high-caliber professional to step into a dual-capacity role as a Hybrid Project Manager & Functional Business Analyst. In this position, you will bridge the gap between business strategies and technology execution, overseeing end-to-end delivery while diving deep into functional requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Concurrently lead end-to-end technology projects while driving detailed functional and non-functional requirements elicitation. • Formulate comprehensive project schedules, manage cross-border stakeholders, oversee budgets/milestones, and steer steering committee and working group sessions. • Partner with business units to analyze "to-be" operational processes, handle scope creep, mitigate risks, and seamlessly transition specifications to technical delivery teams. • Partner with QA leads to map business needs to integration test scenarios, assess change requests, and evaluate defect classifications. • Drive knowledge retention and facilitate "train-the-trainer" sessions to ensure seamless business adoption post go-live. skills and experience required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven track record within banking, financial services, or the insurance sector, with deep expertise in retail banking domains (such as CASA and secured/unsecured loans). • Delivery background in customer-assisted systems, contact centers, and core operational banking platforms. Experience in process re-engineering for customer touchpoints is highly advantageous. • Exposure to Singapore-specific industry clearing projects (e.g., SGD/USD cheque clearing initiatives, CTS Lite, EDP) and familiarity with regulatory change frameworks involving MAS will be a distinct advantage.
