Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Location: Punggol / Hybrid Job Type: Contract (Renewable basis) What You’ll Do • Build and operate the Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance • Develop and enhance backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python • Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Atlassian, and Terraform • Drive cloud automation and landing zone implementation across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Champion DevOps practices, automation, observability, and operational excellence • Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policies as Code (PaC) initiatives What We’re Looking For • At least 4 years of experience in backend/API development (Node.js/Python preferred) • Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, deployment, and automation • Familiarity with cloud architecture and distributed systems • Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC), Git, and modern deployment workflows • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments • Passion for automation, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement By submitting yourresume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personalinformation per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy(scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
