Senior Consultant (Oracle)

• Developing implementation plans that maximize the potential of the Oracle technology whilst minimizing implementation risk • Troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers • Strong technical and functional skills in Oracle ERP • Developing scripts for verifying the correct operation of integrations • Writing efficient, scalable, and reliable code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL to implement application logic • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to gather requirements, design application architecture, and ensure seamless integration • Developing and maintaining documentation for applications, including code comments, technical specifications, and system configurations • Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the applications meet functional and performance requirements • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment • Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders • Have a keen interest in learning how to use technology to solve clients’ business problems and relish the prospect of designing and delivering these solutions for clients • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL • Knowledge of database systems and SQL • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Strong communication and teamwork skills
