About this role
Join our dynamic cyber security team to develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies for connected and autonomous vehicles, while advising on system architecture and risk assessments. This role combines technical expertise and strategic insights to enhance vehicle cybersecurity. Responsibilities: • Operationalize international standards into a comprehensive cybersecurity framework. • Develop technical documents, conduct gap analyses, and monitor emerging regulatory developments. • Provide cybersecurity consultancy for connected and autonomous vehicle systems. • Review designs, recommend secure architecture principles, and define controls throughout the system lifecycle. • Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), identifying risks across vehicle, infrastructure, and backend systems, and recommending mitigation strategies. • Define and implement cybersecurity testing protocols, including penetration testing and adversarial simulations. • Develop testing capabilities and establish effective validation approaches. • Collaborate with industry partners, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and operators. • Present findings to stakeholders and guide teams in evolving cybersecurity initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity experience with significant expertise in connected and autonomous vehicles. • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including electronic control units (ECUs), CAN, Automotive Ethernet, V2X, and autonomous technologies. • Proficient in threat modeling and regulatory assessments, familiar with ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 20489, and UNECE R155/R156 standards. • Preferred certifications: CISSP, GICSP, OSCP, or equivalent in cybersecurity. • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Independent and collaborative work ethic with a proven ability to mentor and manage complex challenges.
