Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a full-time senior executive/assistant manager to manage the research agreements for faculty of the ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE -ID). Duties & Responsibilities • Develop contract proposals to support Advace-ID's goals • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget • Review and update existing contracts • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms • Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings) • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records Qualifications1.Degree in life science or health-related subjects 2.Prior experience in a contract administration role in clinical research field in Singapore 3.Has strong negotiation and mediation skills 4.Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts 5.Ability to work with varying stakeholders levels, including finance, legal team,research office, and external partners.
