About this role
As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager within the Smart Technologies and Sustainability Division, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Technology Implementation Advisory Services that help businesses identify, scope, and implement digital solutions with reduced risks and stronger outcomes. Your responsibilities include driving business engagements to understand enterprise needs, guiding businesses on their digitalisation journey with tailored advice, and sourcing suitable solution providers to ensure effective adoption of technologies. In addition, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate progress tracking. • Drive business engagements: Lead structured digital consultations with businesses to refine problem statements, clearly identify operational gaps, and develop initial requirements lists. Where possible, initiate preliminary solutioning discussions to support digitalisation efforts. • Provide comparative insights: Provide and articulate guidance on potential solutions, offering comparative analysis and assessment to guide businesses towards possible options that best fit their specific needs and requirements. • Vendor sourcing: Source, shortlist, and onboard suitable solution providers, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and implementation readiness. • Progress tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the division’s tracker, documenting project milestones and ensuring transparency and accountability across all engagements. • Ad-hoc responsibilities: Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the division or management to support overall objectives of the team. Requirements (Qualification / Experience): • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, with a recognised degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and advisory/consultancy work, with experience managing multiple business engagements concurrently. • Strong capability to articulate problem statements, identify operational gaps, and conduct comparative analysis of digital solutions to guide enterprises effectively. • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging external stakeholders such as business leaders and SME owners. • Solid analytical, consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills, with competence in progress tracking, milestone documentation, and accountability across projects. Familiarity with project management tools or trackers is preferred. • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and effective time management skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
