Overview As a Community Partnership Executive at Guide Dogs Singapore, you will play a key role in fostering connections and creating opportunities that empower the vision impaired community. Your responsibilities will span event coordination, communications management, and administrative support, working closely with clients, volunteers, and partners to bring impactful initiatives to life. This role offers a meaningful platform to make a difference while ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and events. Requirements: • Self-motivated, resourceful, and a mature team player with initiative • Keen to learn, organized, and meticulous with strong research and analytical abilities • Good writing, interpersonal / communication skills (proficiency in Chinese is a bonus) • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience • Willingness to work on occasional weekends and evenings (time off in-lieu will be granted) • Proficiency in artwork design / keen eye for design is preferred for artwork creation and adaptation Responsibilities: • Design and execute strategies to expand fundraising efforts, engage the public, and increase community outreach • Lead the planning and execution of impactful community events and digital campaigns • Manage and curate content across corporate websites and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to enhance engagement and awareness • Develop communication materials, including e-newsletters, appeal letters, and other donor engagement tools • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, such as funders, corporate partners, government agencies, and the public • Oversee the production and upkeep of marketing assets, including brochures, banners, and signage • Support the team with administrative duties for outreach to donors, clients, partners, volunteers and government agencies with the aim to meet the company's mission and objectives What We Offer: • A collegial and flexible work environment • Attractive basic salary, annual wage supplement and performance bonus • 17 days of leave in a year, with additional day for every year of employment up to 24 days.
