About this role
Responsibilities: • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (patients, insurers, brokers and partners) • Coordinate and manage cases in an efficient and cost effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures • Collaborate with fellow operations staff and members of the medical team in the coordination of patient care • Identified as the first point of contact for members, clients and colleagues from other regions. • Ensure incoming calls and queries are handled in a timely, efficient and professional manner. • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • At least 6 years of relevant experience • Able to commit rotating shifts, including weekends
