This contract role in the East Region offers a chance to impact organisational operations and employee experience by supporting comprehensive HR functions and driving HR strategy execution. Job Summary As a Senior HR Executive, you will support end-to-end HR functions, advise management on people matters, and ensure operational excellence across HR disciplines to enhance organisational effectiveness. Responsibilities • Execute country-level HR operations to ensure smooth daily HR processes and compliance • Manage employee engagement and resolve workplace issues to maintain positive employee relations • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and senior leadership on people-related challenges and decisions • Support and contribute to HR initiatives and projects to drive organisational goals • Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliverables Required competencies and certifications • Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience with substantial exposure to HR generalist and HR business partner functions • Proven expertise in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively • Availability to commence work on short notice Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in HR management or its equivalent Other Information Please submit your updated CV to michelle@hrfactors.com.sg
