About the client: Our client is a Reputed Bank Responsibilities: • Gather and analyse business requirements for regulatory reporting initiatives across MAS, HKMA, Basel III, FINREP, COREP, LCR, SDIC, and other regional regulatory frameworks. • Design and document functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and solution design documents for finance and risk transformation programs. • Analyses finance, accounting, ledger, and risk data to support regulatory report generation and reconciliation. • Support implementation and enhancement of regulatory reporting platforms including Axiom and Regnology Abacus360. • Analyses large financial and risk datasets using Python-Pandas, SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BI. • Validate business logic migration from legacy/on-premise applications to Azure cloud-based platforms. • Analyses IFRS 9 business processes and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) data requirements. • Collaborate with finance and credit risk stakeholders to define IFRS 9 business and data requirements. Requirement: • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in IT / Information Technology or any other discipline • Minimum 10 years in banking and financial services industry • Experience in MAS & HKMA, Basel III / COREP / FINREP, Axiom and Regnology Abacus360 • Experience in Python-Pandas, Azure Databricks SQL, Power BI • Strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting, Financial Accounting, Credit Risk, IFRS 9, Treasury & Financial Markets, Securities Financing Transactions (SFT), Payments & Settlements, Loans& Deposits and Liquidity Reporting. • Experience working on Azure cloud transformation programs.
