About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for an established international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand undergoing a brand repositioning phase in Singapore. This role requires a candidate who can think strategically while remaining highly hands-on, working closely with senior leadership to drive brand transformation, digital growth, and commercial performance. What You Will Be Driving:• Reintroduce and reposition the brand in the Singapore market, strengthening its relevance in a competitive landscape • Build and enhance digital presence, visibility, and customer engagement across key channels • Drive a measurable increase in store traffic and revenue through marketing initiatives • Strengthen overall brand competitiveness and market positioning Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, campaigns, and budget • Lead brand positioning and awareness initiatives • Drive digital marketing and customer engagement strategies • Execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) to improve outlet-level performance • Work closely with Operations on menu launches, promotions, and campaigns • Manage agencies and ensure ROI-driven campaign execution • Lead a lean marketing function (hands-on role) Requirements• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Minimum 10–12 years of marketing experience, preferably in: • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), OR • International multi-outlet F&B chains with similar operating model • Proven track record in: • Brand repositioning and growth initiatives • Delivering marketing campaigns with clear revenue impact • Strong understanding of: • High-volume, fast-paced F&B business environment • Consumer behaviour and market dynamics • Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment
