Senior Order Processing Specialist

• Handle data entry for inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations. • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns. • Update warehouse management systems (WMS) with stock transactions. • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock accuracy. • Assist in stock audits and cycle counts. • Process and track purchase orders and customer shipments. • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers regarding deliveries. • Ensure shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists are correctly filed. • Work closely with warehouse supervisors, logistics teams, and procurement. • Address issues related to missing or damaged stock.
