About this role
Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform. • Build and enhance case management and workflow automation solutions for business-critical applications. • Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, SQL services, and REST APIs with external enterprise systems. • Participate in Pega upgrade and migration activities across platform versions, ensuring application stability and compliance. • Design and implement customer onboarding and digital onboarding platforms using modern headless architecture approaches. • Develop and maintain KYC and CLM applications supporting compliance and customer lifecycle management processes. • Configure and customize Pega components including Activities, Flows, Decision Rules, Declarative Rules, Report Definitions, and List Views. • Perform Pega UI development using sections, harnesses, layouts, and responsive user interface components. • Work on Kafka messaging integrations and enterprise workflow integrations for real-time communication and processing. • Support production environments through incident management, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and BAU support activities. • Conduct requirement analysis, effort estimation, technical design, and impact assessment for change requests and enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders in Agile delivery environments. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira-based project tracking. • Perform release management, deployment support, and post-production validation activities. • Develop and optimize database interactions using SQL and Oracle Database technologies. • Ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards, security practices, and Pega best practices. Requirements: • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, Pega Platform development and support. • Experience in Pega Case Management, workflow automation, and business process management solutions. • Strong experience in Banking & Financial Services or Insurance domain projects. • Should be certified in Pega PRPC • Experience in Pega Integration using REST, SOAP, SQL services, and external APIs. • Experience in Pega Upgrade & Migration projects. • Experience in Pega Production Support, incident management, and defect resolution. • Hands-on experience in Pega UI Development and rule customization. • Experience in KYC/CLM applications and customer onboarding solutions. • Experience in Java, SQL, and Oracle Database. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira. • Experience in Activities, Flows, Decision Rules, Declarative Rules, Report Definitions, and List Views. • Experience in Kafka messaging integration and enterprise integration frameworks. • Experience in headless application development and digital workflow platforms. • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
