• Extensive experience within Banking, Financial Services,Payments, Telecommunications, or Digital Platform environments. • Proven track record delivering large-scale paymentmodernization, digital banking, and enterprise transformation programs. • Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional teamscomprising business stakeholders, architects, developers, operations teams, andexternal vendors. • Experience working within highly regulated environments withstrong governance and compliance requirements. • Strong exposure to payment ecosystems, transactionprocessing platforms, and digital banking channels. Technical Environment Exposure to one or more of the following: • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Microservices Architecture • API Management & Integration Platforms • DevOps & CI/CD Frameworks • Mobile Application Platforms • Enterprise Digital Banking Platforms • Payment Processing Systems • Agile Delivery Toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) • Infrastructure Modernization Technologies
