Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Civil Works, 3-year contract)

• 3-year contract, West • Min 10 years of working experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale turnkey project with proven experience delivering implementation and/or consultancy services for complex projects • Hands-on experience managing projects involving civil works/construction, infrastructure installation, construction coordination, site deployment, or facilities-related implementation is mandatory. • Experience handling government IT projects will be highly regarded We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional to lead and deliver large-scale technology and system implementation projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring successful project delivery within timeline and budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, experience handling complex turnkey projects, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities• Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget • Develop project strategies together with internal teams, customers, and partners to achieve successful outcomes • Mentor and manage team leads and project managers to drive collaboration and performance • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including resource planning and coordination with internal teams and external vendors • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle • Manage project delivery involving civil works, infrastructure deployment, site coordination, and system implementation activities • Work closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of site-related activities • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors • Provide regular project updates and status reports to customers and senior management • Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Minimum 10 years of working experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale turnkey projects • Proven experience delivering implementation and/or consultancy services for complex projects • At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or equivalent leadership role • Hands-on experience managing projects involving civil works, infrastructure installation, construction coordination, site deployment, or facilities-related implementation is mandatory • Experience coordinating across technical teams, contractors, and external vendors for on-site project execution • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred • Scrum Master certification or Agile project delivery experience is advantageous • Experience handling government IT projects will be highly regarded Triton AI Pte Ltd Registration Number: R1980724 EA: 21C0661
