Senior Project Manager – Wealth Management (Investment Products | $20M Programs | Banking

Employer: NTT DATA Singapore End Client: Leading Banking Institution Work Location: ORP Employment Type: 12 Months Contract (Renewable) Why This RoleThis is a high-impact leadership role managing multi-million dollar programs ($5M–$20M) within the Wealth Management and Investment Products space. We are looking for a seasoned banking Project Manager who can drive end-to-end delivery across business, operations, and technology, with strong exposure to wealth products such as Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Insurance. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Delivery • Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs across multiple business lines • Own full project lifecycle (initiation to delivery) • Align delivery with strategic wealth business objectives • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards Stakeholder & Governance Management • Engage senior stakeholders and drive executive-level communication • Manage steering committees, governance forums, and working groups • Handle vendor management and cross-functional coordination • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies Wealth Domain & Business Alignment • Drive initiatives within Wealth Management / Investment Products domain • Understand and manage end-to-end wealth operational processes • Ensure alignment between technology, operations, and business needs Requirements (Strict – Target Profile)• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Banking / Financial Services • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Investment Products • Proven experience managing large programs ($5M – $20M budgets) • Hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery in leadership role • Deep understanding of:Unit TrustFixed IncomeStructured ProductsInsurance products • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to drive complex programs independently Preferred: • PMP / PRINCE2 certification • Experience working in regional banking environments Key Differentiator (Must-Have)This role is NOT for generic IT Project Managers.
