Role: Principal / Senior Research Officer Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) Key Responsibilities: Conduct applied research studies in psychology and behavioural sciences Perform literature reviews and prepare research reports Collect, manage, and analyse research data Present research findings through training sessions and seminars Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Support publication-related activities Maintain research documentation and knowledge management records Supervise research officers (for senior/principal-level roles) Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Psychology (preferred) or a related field ✅ 3+ years of relevant experience (Senior Research Officer) ✅ 5+ years of relevant experience (Principal Research Officer) ✅ Strong analytical, writing, communication, and teamwork skills
