We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple store operations and drive business performance. Job Summary Lead and manage multiple retail outlets to optimize store operations, drive sales growth, and enhance customer experience. Coach store teams, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals. Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure efficient store performance and operational excellence • Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and retail staff to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Analyze sales performance reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability • Maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and compliance across all stores • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to monitor operational effectiveness • Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, and training to build capable retail teams • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and implement loss prevention measures • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, and Logistics departments to support business objectives • Resolve customer escalations and operational issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction • Support new store openings, promotional campaigns, and business expansion initiatives Required competencies and certifications • Proven leadership and people management skills demonstrated by leading multi-store retail teams • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with staff and internal stakeholders • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable business strategies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting systems for operational monitoring • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support store operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or chain retail operations • Knowledge of visual merchandising and customer engagement strategies to enhance store appeal • Capability to independently manage multiple retail locations and prioritize tasks effectively
