About this role
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across all project phases, from blueprinting through go-live and post-go-live support • Own delivery accountability for MRP, production orders, BOM, routing, work centres, and capacity planning workstreams • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations in coordination with the Project Manager Business Analysis • Lead client requirement-gathering workshops and translate complex business processes into SAP PP solutions aligned with best practices • Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and drive sign-off on solution designs • Act as the primary functional point of contact for PP-related matters with the client Configuration & Testing • Configure and validate PP module settings independently, including MRP planning parameters, production scheduling, and shop floor processes • Oversee integration design and testing across MM, SD, QM, and inventory management • Lead SIT and UAT cycles — review test scripts, manage defect resolution, and ensure test sign-off Team & Stakeholder Collaboration • Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing technical direction and quality review of their deliverables • Facilitate client workshops, key user training, and UAT support sessions • Coordinate with cross-functional leads (MM, SD, FICO) to ensure seamless integration across modules Requirements • 5 years of hands-on SAP PP functional consulting experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA or ECC implementations • Strong knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing scenarios, MRP/MRP II, capacity planning, and production execution • Proven experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage escalations and drive consensus • Experience mentoring junior team members is an advantage
