The organization focuses on delivering robust technology infrastructure and standardized system support to optimize cross-border operations. about the job.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technical professional to manage day-to-day application stability and operational support within a critical technology division. • Coordinate incident resolution activities by partnering with various internal departments and external service vendors. • Oversee end-of-day batch processing routines across multiple regional applications to ensure successful completion. • Provide initial troubleshooting, gather diagnostic data, and deliver effective workarounds to sustain business functions. • Monitor systems and infrastructure proactively while driving root-cause analysis investigations for complex problems. • Maintain service availability following scheduled system maintenance, infrastructure updates, and disaster recovery simulation exercises. skills and experience required. • Minimum 6 years of technical support experience, with a strong background in a financial services environment. • Proven technical proficiency in core programming languages, modern enterprise architecture, and enterprise messaging systems. • Deep domain competency in standard international financial messaging systems and transactional routing platforms. • Hands-on experience operating within established IT service management frameworks and utilizing job scheduling or application monitoring utilities. • Demonstrated capability in disaster recovery preparation, contingency execution, and structural problem-solving.
