Senior Structural Engineer (A1 Main Contractor)

About Our Client Our client is a very reputable A1 main contractor with a strong record in delivering large-scale and prestigious developments across Singapore. The company has successfully completed a wide range of landmark projects in the healthcare, education, HDB, commercial, industrial and private residential sectors. Senior Structural Engineer • Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works. • Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions. • Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities. • To coordinate and liaise with consultant, sub-contractors and other trades e.g., M&E and architectural for projects specifications and other technical issues. • To assist in projects coordination and oversee all structural / civil works onsite and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings. • Amend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project. • Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme. • Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building. • Minimum 5 years structural coordinator experience in large project, preferably in healthcare project. • Good knowledge of Structural specifications and requirements.
