Key Responsibilities: • Partner with global stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document EMS requirements aligning with product strategy. • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for scalable trading platforms. • Lead EMS platform transformation initiatives coordinating vendors, technology teams, and controls ensuring compliant timely delivery. • Perform gap analysis comparing current execution workflows with future state capabilities to drive continuous improvements. • Support integration design using APIs and FIX enabling connectivity across brokers, markets, and internal systems. Key Requirements: • 7+ years business analysis experience in capital markets with strong proven trading systems exposure. • Deep knowledge of execution management systems, order lifecycle, and trading workflows within wealth management environments. • Hands on experience with APIs including REST, HTTPS, and FIX for low latency system integrations. • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems using structured thinking and data driven insights. • Excellent communication skills engaging stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating organizations across business and technology teams.
