Key Responsibilities• Omnichannel Product Delivery: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity, multi-system product launches spanning eCommerce web platforms, mobile applications, and brick-and-mortar retail environments impacting 1M+ users. • Platform Solutions & Partner Integrations: Direct the technical implementation of platform architectures that drive customer acquisition, optimize lifecycle user journeys, and streamline purchase flows. Own the delivery and launch of tier-1 strategic partner services (such as streaming, entertainment, or subscription-based offerings like EPL and Disney+). • Delivery Governance & Risk Management: Establish and drive robust cross-functional delivery frameworks. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, manage complex architectural dependencies, and remove delivery blockers. • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (engineering, product, UX/UI) and executive business stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication channels regarding project health, timelines, and milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications• Professional Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or IT Delivery Leadership within high-growth eCommerce, Telecom, or Digital Product environments. • Scale & Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale product deployments impacting millions of users across digital and physical retail channels. Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, subscription models, and checkout workflows. • Strategic Partner Delivery: Hands-on experience managing complex, third-party vendor integrations and major entertainment/media partnership launches. • Methodologies & Tools: Mastery of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery frameworks, alongside enterprise project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana). • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership maturity with the ability to influence cross-functional, non-reporting teams and align disparate stakeholders toward a unified launch date.
