About this role
Roles: • Frontline staff responsible for customer experience. • Deliver orders, maintain tables, and embody the Tavern’s roleplay-lite service style. Responsibilities • Greet guests “in character” (light fantasy flair, e.g., “Welcome, adventurers!”). • Explain gamification systems (dice rolls, quest cards, LFG tables). • Ensure high standards of hospitality and responsiveness. • Support events (RPG nights, seasonal quests). • Maintain cleanliness of FOH areas. Requirements • Excellent learning and working attitude • Excellent communication and customer service attitude. • Comfortable engaging with guests playfully in character, without heavy roleplay pressure. • Experience in café/bar service preferred but not required. Presentable, interactive, and adaptable under themed service expectations. • Performance training and Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certification preferred. Location: Ann Siang Hill
