Part-Time / Full-Time Restaurant Service Crew Location: BalestierPlaza Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only Hourly Pay: $10–$12 per hour (based on experience) Shift Type: Fixed shifts Rotating schedule across weekdays, weekends, and publicholidays Work Schedule Weekdays (Monday – Thursday): 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM Weekends (Saturday or Sunday): 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM Shift Type: Fixed shifts Rotating schedule across weekdays, weekends, and publicholidays ☕ What You’ll Do • Welcome every customer with a warm smile and friendly energy • Answer queries, resolve issues, and ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived • Take orders, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and serve food and drinks to tables • Work closely with teammates across the kitchen and floor crew to ensure smooth daily operations • Support drink service during peak hours when required • Follow daily routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and tidying shared areas • Ensure dining area cleanliness (counter, floors) and keep supplies fully stocked • Anticipate customer and operational needs before they arise • Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for every shift • Contribute positively to team morale and workplace culture • Assist with daily opening and closing duties • Support inventory checks, restocking, and other operational tasks as needed • Always uphold food safety and hygiene standards • Promptly report any maintenance or faulty issues What We’re Looking For Able to commit to at least 4 days per week, including oneweekend shift Prior experience in customer service or F&B Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-orientedenvironment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Proactive and hands-on—you see what needs to be done andtake initiative Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure Clear and confident communication skills in English Passion for food, drinks, and delivering great customerexperiences Grow With Us We’re looking for individuals who want to grow with theteam, not just take on a job Opportunities to take on greater responsibilities andprogress into senior or supervisory roles Hands-on exposure across restaurant operations to buildstrong F&B fundamentals A supportive environment that values learning, teamwork, and career development
