Service Desk Analyst/ Call Centre Agent x 3 Job Description We are looking for an Service Desk Engineer/ Call Centre Agent to perform 24/7 Service Desk/ Call Support to ensure customer’s enterprise IT services are addressed and to restore normal IT service to affected users as quickly as possible. Responsibilities: • Involved in acting as a single point of contact to Customers/Users and Third party service providers. • Responsible for monitoring enterprise IT Network, Systems and Servers. • Handle Hotline Calls and e-Mails within agreed timeline. • Take ownership of incidents/service requests reported by users, track the incidents/service requests, to ensure closure within agreed timescales. • Maintain documentation and comprehensive records of issues and problems Requirements: • Minimum Higher NITEC in Information Technology or related field of study • 1 to 2 years of working experience. • Good experience in handling Call Ticketing. • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Excellent customer service skills and good phone etiquette. • Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred • Able to work 12-hour Rotating Day and Night shift working including weekends and Public Holidays • Only Singaporean We respect your privacy and all communication will be treated with confidentiality.
