ServiceNow EAM Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Enterprise Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Solid expertise in Asset Portfolio Management, RFID Implementation, Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Maintenance Planning, Asset Workflow Automation, CMDB, procurement workflows, and asset tracking processes. Experience in configuring workflows, integrations, and platform customizations based on business requirements. Good understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise asset governance.
