Responsibilities: - Acts as point of contact for inquiries and issues reported by internal and external users. - Monitoring of application/alerts - Processing calls/emails from external users Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience/background in customer service. Other Details: Onsite Contract duration until 30-Sept-2026 5 days’ work week, including weekends, PH AM Meal Claims: When only 2 agents are working on AM shift -> Actual receipt value, up to $20 per agent. PM Meal Claims: When only 1 agent working on PM or NI Shift -> Actual receipt value, up to $20 per agent. GY Shift Meal Claims: When only 1 agent working on GY Shift -> Actual receipt value, up to $20 per agent. PM Shift Allowance: For Agents working PM or NI Shift -> $15 per shift GY Shift Allowance: For Agents working GY Shift -> $20 per shift Weekend Allowance: For agents working on weekends -> $15 per shift Public Holiday Allowance: For agents working on PH -> $15 per shift Transport Allowance: For agents working on PM or GY shift -> $25 per shift Shift Schedule: AM Shift 08:00-17:00 PM Shift 16:00-01:00 GY Shift 00:00-09:00
