[Job ID: 1599581] Responsibilities: • Coordinate with third-party documentation vendors (freight forwarders, documentation providers, insurers) to ensure timely and accurate trade documentation. • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed. • Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving measures. • Liaise between internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) and vendors for seamless communication. • Serve as the business owner of Trade Systems—overseeing functionality, performance, and compliance. • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams to define system requirements and implement enhancements. • Maintain system governance, user access, data integrity, and SOPs. Requirements: • Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply. • Knowledge of trade finance instruments (LCs, B/Ls) preferred. • Familiarity with trade documentation digitalization and automation. • Understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and HS codes. • 2–5 years’ experience in international trade, import/export operations or trade compliance is an advantage.
