About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in managing project activities and coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within specifications. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical and administrative support for project execution and customer communication. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on technical requirements and project timelines. • Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project workflow. • Prepare and compile quotations for existing and new products based on customer inquiries. • Generate and release job orders or purchase requisitions to relevant departments. • Prepare shipment documents and coordinate logistics for delivery. • Provide regular progress updates to management and customers. Requirements • Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination within a manufacturing or engineering environment. • Able to interpret technical drawings and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. • Resourceful, independent, and result-oriented with good communication skills.
