Site Supervisor

• Travel to various sites to supervise and manage the on-site installation of outdoor camera systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications. • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors. • Conduct site assessments to determine the most effective camera placements and configurations. • Ensure that all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed during the installation process. • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the installation of camera systems. • Monitor the progress of installations to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. • Perform quality control checks to ensure systems are functioning correctly before handover to the client. • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, materials used, and any issues encountered on site. • Train and mentor junior technicians and installers to ensure high standards of performance and safety. • Provide regular reports to management regarding project progress, challenges, and completion timelines. • Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used properly to avoid damage or loss. • Site supervision, with handling of outdoor camera system installation (CCTV, security cameras). • Handling of security systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. • Lift equipment and work in various outdoor weather conditions. • Climb ladders and work at heights, for camera installations.
