Job Summary Join our growing recruitment agency as a Social Media Executive to create engaging content, manage multiple platforms, and drive online growth. Use your creativity and marketing skills to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. Responsibilities • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other social media platforms to attract and retain audiences • Design simple graphics, reels, videos, stories, and posts that align with brand messaging • Plan and schedule regular social media content to maintain consistent online presence • Promote recruitment services and hiring campaigns to generate leads and increase visibility • Write clear, engaging captions and marketing content tailored to target audiences • Respond promptly to social media enquiries and direct qualified leads to the recruitment team • Research current social media trends and propose fresh content ideas to enhance engagement • Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers and promotional posters to complement online campaigns • Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across all social media channels Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation • Ability to write well in English to produce clear and effective communication (Chinese language ability is a bonus but not essential) • Creativity, responsibility, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and objectives • Good understanding of social media trends and design principles • Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage Other Information Astute Team Recruitment LLP Lic 23C1742
