Overall Responsibilities: Reporting to the Human Capital Business Partner and General Manager, to manage the social media accounts and recruitment for the company. Duties & Responsibilities: • Plan, create and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) • Track performance metrics using analytics tools • Research social trends, hashtags, and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach • Monitor community engagement and respond to comments or messages under guidance • Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, visuals, and campaigns that reflect our organizational values and voice • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts • Support on staff engagement activities and initiatives • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting officer Key Attributes: • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, communications, media or related fields • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite) • Strong writing, visual, and storytelling skills with a keen sense for trends and tone • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Passion for creative communication and community engagement • Have experience in basic video editing or graphic design
