About the Role We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is suitable for students, individuals seeking temporary work, or anyone looking for flexible part-time hours. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth administrative support across various functions. Key Responsibilities • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organisation • Handle emails, phone calls, and basic enquiries professionally • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing simple reports • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation • Support the team with ad hoc projects and tasks when necessary • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative activities • Proficient in Canva, Instagram and Tiktok posting and algorithm Requirements • Previous admin experience is helpful but not required • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills • Comfortable with basic computer tools (MS Office or Google Workspace) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 3-month contract What You Can Expect • $12/hour pay • Flexible working hours (to be discussed) • A supportive and friendly working environment • Opportunity to gain administrative and office experience If you are interested you can contact us via Whatsapp @88759946 / Telegram @rainmakersguild
