About this role
We're looking for a creative, Social Media savy Intern to join our team and help us grow our presence across social-first and e-commerce platforms. If you're passionate about short-form video, love experimenting with trends, and are excited to work at the intersection of social content and online retail, this role is for you. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing and growing our social channels with a focus on short-form video content. • Brainstorm, film, and edit engaging content, including product features, try-on, trends, voiceovers, etc. • Support the planning and scheduling of posts across social platforms. • Monitor social media trends, audios, formats, and creators—providing ideas and insights to keep our content fresh and relevant. • Support livestreams, including product demos, Q&As, and limited-time offers. • Support social e-commerce initiatives including tagging products, updating storefronts, and responding to community questions in video comments and DMs. • Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing and content team. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu etc.) and familiarity with social media management tools. • Strong creative instincts and editing skills — familiarity with tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, or native platform editors is a bonus. • Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for storytelling and visual branding. • Eye for detail, a strong sense of style, and an understanding of brand voice. • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team. • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
