Social Worker (Centralised Intake Team))

Employer: TRANS Family Services TRANS Family Services is a non-profit organization providing social services since 1979. We have 6 centres across Singapore proving services supporting families in need. As we expand our services, we are looking for positive and like-minded individuals to join our Centralised Intake Team (East). About the Role • Intake assessment of referrals       • Triaging intake referrals • Risk assessment of cases • Crisis intervention and case manage services for clients with risk concerns Candidate Requirements A. Technical competencies • Degree in Social Work • At least 3 years of relevant working experience • Good command of English language B. Core Competencies: Ability in attending to and engaging with people, assessment of risk and needs, working with and linking with various community partners, crisis management C. Preferred achievements / characteristics: • Diligence, integrity and resilience • Passion for social work and social justice • Adapts well to changes • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Good team player Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
