Software Engineer, Data Science (Intern)

Based in Singapore, the Data ScienceIntern will develop and apply machine learning and computer vision techniquesto extract actionable insights from data collected by inspection and NDT tools,helping to advance the company's software products and solutions. What will you do • Develop tools to process the high volume of information collected by cameras and NDTtools (e.g Ground Penetrating Radar) • Uncover hidden data correlations in aforementioned data (e.g. presence of corrosion vs concrete cover vs geographical location) • Improve existing software tools using data science • Discover, learn and apply state-of-the-art Machine Learning techniques to InspectionTech problems. • Leverage data science techniques to improve customer insights in the InspectionTech space. • Support project lifecycles from brainstorming to production • Contribute to developing cutting-edge software and solutions that add value to the company and its customers. What do we expect • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. • Knowledge in Machine Learning libraries such as PyTorch. • Knowledge in Computer Vision libraries such as OpenCV. • Knowledge in Python and neural network frameworks (Pytorch, TensorFlow).
