Job Summary Lead software testing teams to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring software quality through effective planning, automation, and collaboration with clients and developers. Responsibilities • Devise test strategies and create Master/Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPr) to guide testing efforts • Lead software testers to execute test strategies and ATP/ATPr, ensuring thorough test coverage • Write, execute, and oversee tests on software usability, functionality, performance, load, and system reliability • Analyze test results to identify impacts, errors, bugs, and reliability issues for continuous improvement • Log testing results and collaborate with developers to resolve errors, performance issues, and unintended behaviors • Interact with clients to gather requirements, feedback, and address issues effectively • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers to foster a collaborative and efficient testing environment • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts (ATPr), and test reports (ATR) • Implement and manage automated testing processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness • Participate in project planning and requirement analysis to ensure comprehensive test coverage • Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance overall software quality Required competencies and certifications • Minimum 5 years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role • Proficiency in using virtual machines (VMs) with both Windows and Linux operating systems • Strong understanding of software test design principles and testing methodologies • Extensive experience with automated testing tools and frameworks • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members toward high performance and quality standards Preferred competencies and qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Familiarity with SQL and database testing concepts • Ability to think creatively and analytically to develop comprehensive test strategies and scenarios • Proven track record of leading successful testing efforts for complex software projects 5 day week @ AMK Contract till 31 March 2027 (Renewable) Maestro HR damien lee tian hong R1106726 16C8462
