Location: Spa Clinic @ Raffles City Shopping Centre Job Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner • Answer all customer inquiries, both in-person and on the phone, in a timely and courteous manner • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Assist with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department or manager when necessary • Process payments and issue receipts to customers (cashiering) • Manage the company's correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner • Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements: • Experience as a receptionist, administrator, customer service representative or a similar role preferred • Experience within a spa environment would be a plus point • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Able to work independently and in a team • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Open to all candidates who meet the skill requirements.
