Recovery & Pain Management Specialist(Part-Time / Freelance) We are currently looking for Recovery & Pain Management Specialists to join our care team. This role is designed for practitioners who work directly with pain, restriction, and recovery and who understand that symptoms are part of a bigger system. You will help clients reduce pain, restore function, and rebuild trust in their bodies through structured, evidence-informed care. ✅ You May Be a Great Fit If You:• Have a professional background in rehabilitation, pain management, or recovery-focused bodywork (e.g. Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, or related fields) • Understand musculoskeletal pain beyond “where it hurts” • Can assess movement, tissue quality, and functional limitations • Are comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team • Have at least 3 years of clinical or practical experience working with pain or recovery cases • Value long-term outcomes over quick fixes FAQ Where do sessions take place? Innerfit is a mobile-based, private service. Clients do not come to a gym—we bring care to their homes or selected private/shared spaces. Assignments are location-matched. Do I need to bring in my own clients or do sales? No. Clients are fully onboarded and matched to you by our team. Your focus is on coaching and care. ⏰ What’s the work format? Part-time or freelance to start.
