Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and processes that support software development and deployment. The role involves leading DevOps initiatives, mentoring team members, driving automation, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise application systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high availability across production and non-production environments, implementing CI/CD frameworks, automating manual processes, monitoring system performance, and resolving operational issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, stability, and availability of enterprise IT applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze module specifications and collaborate with developers to coordinate activities and track progress. Translate business requirements into detailed DevOps solution designs. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar platforms. Prepare and review configuration changes related to hardware, software, and documentation, including configuration management planning, identification, controls, and audits. Containerize applications and manage container clusters and registries. Perform root cause analysis of incidents, defects, and outages to prevent recurrence. Lead system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities while minimizing downtime. Integrate and analyze application performance metrics and logs using tools such as Splunk, Nagios, or Dynatrace. Manage incident management processes, monitoring tools, reporting, and corrective actions. Implement DevOps standards and best practices to improve system stability, availability, and operational efficiency. Support continuous delivery practices and deliver high-quality software solutions to enterprise customers. Foster strong working relationships across teams and drive collaboration to achieve project objectives. Mentor and guide junior engineers. Investigate reported issues and work closely with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Ensure DevOps practices comply with telecom industry security requirements and guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering. Required Experience Hands-on experience implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Private Cloud environments. Strong experience in DevOps methodologies, automation, deployment, and implementation practices. Experience managing distributed systems and container platforms such as Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Hadoop, and similar technologies. Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. Ability to analyze metrics, generate reports, and implement corrective actions. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
