Sr SME (Lending)

Possess 5+ years of experience in Core Banking with strong exposure to Lending systems and processes. Demonstrate 5+ years of PMO experience, including project governance, planning, and reporting. Support end-to-end project delivery for lending-related initiatives across business and technology teams. Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive project milestones and deliverables. Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements within banking projects.
